cant scan with it called and hp told me it was old and couldnt help me
cant get help with the scanner and called hp and they wouldnt help me

Communication with manufacture was very good
Had some issue with shipping, but after working with manufacture it was all clear up and they work with us to ensure we were happy. I strongly support this vendor and purchasing our new copier from them.

DON’T TRUST HP OR THEIR WARRANTIES!!!
Whatever you do, don’t buy this lemon!!! And definitely don’t buy an HP carepack! I bought the 5 year NBD onsite repair service for this unit. They refused to come out, instead assessed it thru my phone’s camera and stated I had damaged it and would have to pay for the repair service!!!! $13K that I had now had to file a complaint with the BBB!!!
