disappointed in ohio !!!
I'm allergic to commercial yeast. I have bought the sourdough spelt bread for years. Much to my horror to open the box and find. Sprouted spelt bread instead of sourdough. What a let downi spent almost 80 dollars too. I can't send it back

08//21/16 - I purchaced this on August 19, 2014. Can any one tell me why an opened loaf of bread has no mold after more than two years in the refrigerator? The label states 5 days if not frozen. Ad claims shelf life of 270 days. It's been 732 days and no mold. Will place on counter today on 8/21/16 and will post what happens to this incredible bread that never goes bad.

Buy This Bread But From The BNB Website Only!
Have to chime in here. First of all, I buy this bread directly from the BNB website, as this price is double what you will pay over there. Second, this bread should be on your "to buy" list and it's UBER HEALTHY for you. I have noticed many positive changes health-wise (digestion being one of them) since using this bread. I eat this bread every single day. It digest great, if filling and again, VERY healthy. They now have a sprouted spelt sourdough as well. This bread, as well as organic rye and sprouted limited ingredient are the ONLY breads we should be eating.Buy from BNB website but ALSO LOOK IN YOUR GROCER'S FREEZER! Some of my local stores carry the BNB line.

Yeast Free Bread!
Was delighted to find this locally. I can't have yeast but can have gluten. It has been really hard to find a bread made without yeast added to it. I keep this frozen and just take out however many slices I need at the time. I still try to limit bread intake but it's wonderful to have this when I want it.

Tasty bread that is much better for you that regular wheat...
I am one of those Americans that grew up with wonder bread and changed to whole wheat thinking I was making a healthier choice. I was informed these ancient grains were much better your health and could help you loose weight too. I never expected them to taste better too! In 3 months if I find myself loosing weight I will let you know. ;)
