We purchased this model purely because it was the same model numbers etc. as the one we already have, but the supplier Aid Cleaning did not hightlight that it was wired for industrial use only. In fairness it was listed as 110 volts and not 240 w which is for domestic use. However, as we are not electricians, who would have known, this was not picked up as the model numbers etc were the same. Unfortunately, someone changed the plug and blew the motor.Aid Cleaning were unable to help us on this matter and so now we have to spend out on another one.Just be aware when you purchase a 'Henry' that they are not only for domestic/office use but can be wired for industrial sites with a transformer unit to plug into.

I have been using mine for several years now as a domestic cleaner without any problem. Will take care if I ever need to change the plug.
