T-Mobile Prepaid SIM Card Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data (UNL Talk, Text, Data 30 Days).

Unlike other cheaper products out there that will give you activation headaches. This Sim card came fast and activated within 24 hours as promised. Highly recommend going with this vendor as opposed to the other cheaper options out there!

Last time we purchased it was fast and worked well. We are on the second day of trying to get the activation done. Hoping seller can respond.

I was visiting the US from Canada and my mobile service provider offers a very expensive add-on that offers very little. I do not appreciate the gouge so I was looking for an alternative. I inserted the SIM card into my old cell phone and just left my Canadian mobile as is just for convenience. Follow the instructions, but once you insert the card, then you go onto your Amazon account and send the seller a message and they start the card up. You can decide what area code you want. The seller tells you that can take up to 24 hours for activation though mine did take less time.Obviously, I don't care if I'm calling/texting from my normal number; if you are using the number for 30 days then your people will adjust. On the SIM card, I have unlimited texts to Canada, but cannot use the phone number to call Canada. However, I used Google Voice App to call Canada (no cost) and the SIM card offers unlimited data and there is always wi-fi too. I was in a larger city area and T-Mobile has excellent coverage. You might look at their coverage map if you are not sure. The process reminded me of the ease of SIM card use in Asia 10 years ago, so I'm glad we are catching up. I would definitely go this route again.

No tech support will not activate

I am giving this company 5 stars all around. Unfortunately I received a faulty sim card which can happen at no fault of the company. I followed the directions given for sim card activation and sim card was faulty which will happen sometimes. This company was very attentive and responsive with troubleshooting and sending me a new sim at no cost. Excellent customer service by email and phone calls I received to resolve my issue, very professional. Would recommend this companies services to anyone. Thanks again Big Travel Store!!!!!-Ted Jones

I bought 2 SIM cards since I was staying in USA for 2 months. With the first one I was able to share wifi with my laptop and the internet performance was good enough for me to do video conference calls, work remotely and watch Netflix. With the second SIM card, I had performance issues when sharing my connexion with my laptop and could not download anything from my business networks. Very frustrating…Anyway, I guess that’s what you get for 25$/month : very variable performance level

Excellent customer service experience if you follow the instructions they send you,everything works great! Took less than 24 hours for everything to set up. We use it mostly for xbox, we haven't been able to play with our friends in over 7 years since moving out to the farm. We couldn't update the xbox with it but we have 2 xbox ones connected playing with no lag! Signal isn't strong enough to connect for party chat, but we use the xbox app for that.
