I've been using this supplement for most of the year now, and I've been very pleased with the results. I've only been taking one pill a day, just to see how my body reacted. I have/had an estrogen dominance, and was having various issues. After a few weeks of taking it I felt that things were stabilizing and the biggest issue I was having cleared up. I unintentionally stopped taking it after I forgot to bring them during vacation, and at first I thought it'd be fine, but soon was having issues with digestion/constipation. Everyone is different, but for me this was an issue with my estrogen dominance. As soon as I got home and started taking it again everything was fine again. It does make your urine orange of you don't hydrate well, so don't be freaked out if that happens. Overall would highly recommend.

I am 62.5 years old and had been using Black Cohosh since I hit Perimenopause at age 37 for Hot Flashes, it worked fairly well, but not entirely. It's only been 6 weeks and I have not lost any weight as of yet; I'm not sure that it will happen though it would be very appreciated. I've managed to keep my weight stable over the years, I won't ever be shaped like a girl again :( but I've managed through small portions since age 35, smaller portions since 45, and even smaller portions since age 55 to hold to a reasonable weight. I recommend BioResponse DIM®150 far above Black Cohosh. I looked them up and they have government research and studies that back up their results.

I never had heartburn before I started taking this. Now I get heartburn almost every day. The first few times I took it they were hard to swallow even though I was taking with water. I stopped taking them.
