What grade stainless steel are these made out of? (like 18/0 or 18/8) Strong enough to hold a cast iron dutch oven?

I saved the packaging material from my rack(s) and there is no mention of the wire gauge; nor did I find the information on the product page of the Checkered Chef's website. You might try contacting the company directly at: https://checkeredchef.com/contact/. I placed my cast iron Dutch Oven (w/lid), plus a 5 lb. bag of flour & a 4 lb. bag of sugar (25 lbs. total) in the center of the rack (over just the center pair of legs) and it bowed a little but seemed to hold fine. If you offset the load to one side (so it is supported by two pair of legs), I think it will hold forever. Also, the simulated 9 lb. load of Dutch Oven content (the bags of flour & sugar) might be a bit extreme. Hope this helps.

What are the exact rack dimensions?

8 and 1/8 x11 and 5/8 inches. They fit perfectly in my NordicWare 1/4 sheet pans/

the Nordicware interior dimension of half sheet pan is 16.5" x 11.38" and I am having difficulty finding a rack that fits inside it; what fits?

I just received this rack a few weeks ago and carefully measured the overall outer dimensions at: 11 9/16" x 16 11/16". The outer dimensions of the feet on the bottom side are: 8 3/8" x 11 11/16". Also, the rack stands 3/8" high (to the BOTTOM of the top surface/rack). Add 1/8" for the thickness of the top surface/rack edge for an overall height of 1/2". Hope this helps.

How tight is the spacing? 1/4 in? 3/8 in?

1/2 in. square. I use them in my smoker for jerky and have not had a problem of anything falling through.

I never thought you could have a problem with this product but here we are. They already came not flat, I had to mould them in place, but they keep bending even when not exposed to heat. It is stainless steel. Would buy them again only because they were not expensive.

Exactly what I wanted, nothing more or less.

Decently made and sturdy, I required some wire racks to let food cool after baking or deep frying and these work just as expected. Not too difficult to clean either. They fit on my baking trays and have been fine in the oven even.
