I use these underwear as support during my gym workouts. They're light and breathable, yet provide adequate support, no matter what workout routine I'm doing. Plus, they're quite comfortable (but be sure to order the size that correspond with the size of your trousers).

These are one of my go to pairs. They are comfortable and keep me cool throughout the day. They provide good support keeping everything in place without being restrictive. They are great to wear to work then no need to change when going to the gym. The front mesh pocket provides cooling without being see through. Great pair of athletic underwear at a good price.

I wear 33 on waist and the large is perfect tight fit. Just what you needed for a sport underwear.

Lifetime tighty-whitey user here. As I got older and my belly got a little larger they basically slid down, [even new pairs], and all the support was gone. I became the guy who constantly adjusted. Unconsciously grabbing and adjusting all the work day. The dream catchers solved my problem. Very comfortable,great support, and the wide waistband does it's job. The waistband comes up to about the same place as a pair of levi's. Product gets 5 stars, but I do think they could be a bit less costly.

The quality of these underwear is fantastic. I have had them for quite a while and never had any issues. However, I have ordered 4 sets now, and 2 out of the four times they sent the wrong size. My order says I ordered the right size, and the packing slip says it's right, but the underwear itself is marked differently. Other than that, I would give this 5 stars.Update: the company reached out to me and expressed concern that I was unhappy. They were very nice about it, and it was a pleasant surprise seeing as all I did was post this review. They seem to really care. Great customer service!

Fit as expected (I am size 31) and do not deviate from the size chart. The tightness/compression provide the braced feeling to glutes and quads compared to other popular sports brand I previously purchased. I use this especially for squat or deadlift.Would have been better if other colours are available as I purchased the 3 pack that comes in white, gray & black
