Heavy-duty battery utility cart
It's still pretty muddy outside (zone 5) but can't wait to use this to haul around pavers, dirt, etc for a path project! Cons: Instructions to assemble & how the accessory screws etc packages are labeled - were very confusing - however I pushed through. This wagon is very heavy because of the frame & motor.Modifications: 1) use extra zip ties to secure wiring; 2) *the wire used to hold the dump ramp pin in place- I had to remove the back wheels again and insert the pin AWAY from the wheel to avoid the holding wire from possibly puncturing wheel* see photo. 3) someone else suggested inserting a wooden bottom into the cart due to weak panel wiring- I'm going to follow this advice- I think I'll use a heavy rubber mat. FYI have to remove front panel to fully open battery case but I still could insert them ok. The metal itself- I'm going to safeguard & store in the garage to prevent rusting anything.Overall happy wagon came with 2 batteries- I ordered extra just in case. (Also, I'm heeding the warnings from others and the manual --there are no brakes for downhill usage.)Lastly, I did order the canvas insert but- it doesn't button up precisely? Hopefully my pics aide next buyer with assembly. Good luck!

A true workhorse!
Very durable with amazing power (that I did not expect). We use it to haul bags of rock, gravel, garden soil…you name it and it’s tough enough to meet our needs and expectations and easy to navigate. The brake on the rear wheel is an added bonus. Such a great purchase for us. It was pretty easy to assemble. This unit is a real workhorse and we would highly recommend it.

useful power wagon of medium quality
update: added a star...the powerwagon has been handy and reliable, i use it every second day for hauling feed and its been a big help....i've also rigged up a towed wagon-and-seat arrangement for long jobs... i can ride the wagon and steer from the seat which works pretty well as long as the seat is low and weight-and-ballast is arranged correctlythe item arrived....2 bolts were missing, the axles were rusted and the key slots painted over...it was straightforward to assemble in about an hour for 2 handy and mechanical people....printed instructions were adequate....it had some plastic clips that were included for no reason and others that were useless for their function but it was easily compensated.....i rate the build quality as average and about 3 out of 5.the batteries charged promptly and the item worked without any major flaws.....it is narrow of track but stable enough at low speed, it steers easily and stops instantly and is useful for medium loads on level ground only. When loaded up the acceleration and top speed fall off quickly but the power wagon is a useful aid to reduce work load and make the day more productive with less fatigue.it could have used a tow bar for pulling and some kind of very simple basic towed seating accessory to convert it into a riding power cart, but its useful as it is for level properties with firm ground. I wanted to give it better than 3 out of 5 but the missing parts and the rusty axles prevented it....just a lack of attention to detail at the factory.

Useful almost every day
I am an amputee - right arm at elbow. I like to garden fruits and vegetables as well as use technology where possible to accomplish my goals. I use this "tractor" to haul a ton of tools and materials to wherever I need them on the "farm" - a quarter acre which we utilize mostly for growing fruits and vegetables. I installed a "workbench" above the cargo area which is the stainless metal from a dishwasher door with horizontal bracing and supports underneath to keep it from bowing under load. The workbench flips up with hinges mounted near the handlebars thus allowing access to tools underneath in the normal cargo area. The workbench is incredibly handy as it it is at waist level with a large surface area to keep the most used tools and materials handy as well as a workspace for simple fabrication of hangars, and other garden accessories which need to be custom made in the moment. I spend enough energy actually gardening/farming that I don't need to be going back and forth to the garage or a shed to get the next tool I need or forgot. It also makes it unnecessary to carry a heavy tool-bag or box which doesn't have enough space to fit every possible tool yet this machine is as close to perfect as you can get for that purpose.I have a gorilla cart to actually carry compost/dirt/hay/bags of cement etc. and I built a hitch on the tractor to pull the gorilla cart behind the tractor. I will upload photos when I get a chance. I gave it five stars even though the specific categories are four stars. The reason is that the deficiencies pointed to by the specific categories are outweighed by a huge margin by the overall utility of this cart for my purposes. The four stars - some parts didn't line up perfectly when assembling, cargo bay is not quite level because cargo bay latch is too high up on the chassis, charging requires removing the battery and monitoring the charge time. The five stars - powerful motor, fine speed control, clever steering design with third wheel, good battery life, overall quality/finishing is good, very versatile - 1000 uses I could come up with around the "farm", narrow enough to fit through normal doors yet roomy cargo space, excellent traction/ very knobby tires - will slip but only if over-loaded/unbalanced or slippery terrain or mud, max speed is perfect - any faster would be dangerous under some conditions - forces me to slow down to a safer pace, a half-second delayed "power-on" helps keep it from jerking when starting, acceleration is also moderated to not jerk the cargo when moving - thoughtful control design.Highly recommended - expensive, but in the long run I may live longer because this thing takes a load off of my mind and reduces excuses not to take another item off of my project list. In fact, it has the opposite effect because it is actually a little fun to drive around. God is good and He made this thing available through Great Circle and I am grateful to both."Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies, but test everything; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil. Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."(1 Thessalonians 5:16-23)
