The cot arrived within the Amazon delivery time-frame but the vendor kindly kept us informed of the progress of the shipment, including any minor delays.The cot was easy to assemble, though a couple of the screws were difficult to tighten easily due to the proximity of the screw to a plank - the Allen key was fractionally too big to go all the way round on some. This was the only really minor detail in an otherwise easy to assemble cot.Once built it is a wonderful piece of furniture - very sturdy (especially withstanding the activity of our very strong infant), it looks wonderful and the drawer underneath is very handy.Our daughter has slept well in here for a couple of months now and we are looking forward to her growing with it as it becomes a bed.Highly recommend.

We received this cot on 25th August. We unpacked it to assemble on 26th August, only to discover, we hadn't got the draw devider, or enough screws, not only that, there were chips in the wood going through to the groove, where you begin to slide, the two half, of the head boards together (involes both head boards)! They would have split on assembly and rendered unsafe! Otherwise, the cot looked sturdy. We emailed the seller, which you were instructed to do, in the manuel, if there were any faults. Waiting...Would just like to add the company have responded very well to the faults. Replacement head boards, or end boards, plus screws, are on the way, maybe arriving today. We found the drawer devider, in the box, in the end....dah. Looking forward to erecting the cot and all being well. We have just received the replacement boards and they are more damaged than the first ones!! Definitely not impressed now!!!! We have just received our third end boards! They were delivered, privately, by the firm! The driver waited, while we inspected, the contents of the box and all was well, thank goodness. To sum up, the company, does check the contents of the order, before it goes out, it's the rough handling by the couriers, that, does the damage, and maybe a review, of more robust packaging needed! The company stepped up to the plate and really tried hard for us in the end. Thank you.
