The Clean Seat 4 Pack (112 pcs) Unscented/Complete Coverage for Men and Women

This item is geared toward men and women. I bought it for me and my husband. We're older and sometimes want to be more secure while traveling. It is really a nice pad to wear. It goes longer in the back and can catch slight mistakes you might make. It folds in thirds nicely and it takes away anxiety about always looking for a bathroom. In the good old days I looked for eating places, now it's bathrooms. It really is unisex. Works for everyone.

I purchased these for my husband, after trying several alternatives. These are comfortable, and effective. Could not be more pleased to find this solution. I am grateful to other reviewers who shared a bit of detail re why these did or did not work for them - it's not info someone readily shares :). So I will do the same. My husband's issue is leakage from the behind area after not so successful hemorrhoid surgery. These pads are thin and comfortable, adhere pretty well to his briefs (sometimes slip), and provide the coverage needed (not always 100% successful, but close enough!). Other options tried were too thick and bulky, or awkward. These have given him the confidence to stay active without worrying about a 'mishap'. So grateful to have found this product, and for the ability to buy in bulk to minimize the expense.

Message: I very rarely write a review and I order tons of online products. I am writing this because YOU have an EXCEPTIONAL product. Incontinence is one of the most debilitating, heartbreaking issue I have had to deal with on this fabulous journey through old age. Clean seats has been a life changer for me. I had tried all the other pads but they all failed either because they didn't fit right, or they weren't long enough or something...none of them gave me the confidence I needed to go out into public. Clean Seat does just that. The fit, the design, the adhesion is perfect. I almost feel "normal" again without having to worry every minute if I am going to have an "accident" or not. Thank you so much for helping the helpless and giving us back our dignity.

I'm so glad this company exists and offers this product. Been using them everyday for about 4 years now. Subtle, comfortable, no one would ever know they are there, and they do exactly what they are meant to do. Love them.

I'm upping my rating to 4 stars. My "criticisms" below were meant to be constructive, to suggest additional products for different uses and users. It's not fair to downgrade the rating of a product that works just because it's not an all-purpose product. First, I'm a man and an occasional user. When I need it, it does exactly what I need it to do, protect my underwear from anal leakage. I wear shields everyday for urinary leaks, and for that reason, and that reason alone, the Clean Seat pad is difficult to place. Without the shields, I would have no such problem. So, I would recommend this product to anyone who needs either daily or occasional protection. ======= First, it does help with anal leakage like it says, but there are improvements to be made. First is the adhesive. There's not enough. It needs to go closer to the ends and maybe to the sides. Next, depending on what you want to use it for, it's either too long or too short. For anal leakage, it's too long. It could be half the length and do a good job. And it should be wider. The narrow part takes advantage of every wedgy opportunity! If for bladder leaks, which I've not used it for, again, too long. If for both, it's too short. It doesn't extend far enough back if placed for urinary issues, and reverse if for anal problems. If you use something such as the Depend shield in conjunction with it, they overlap, so it's too long. Make a 6 to 7 inch product that is wide enough, and it would be perfect. Next is the packaging for shipping. I bought the four pack, and when it arrived, the 4 boxes were taped together and wrapped in brown butcher paper! For a $12.99 shipping charge I expected better protection. One corner was ripped and the box partially open. Not a deal breaker, and I don't think the product was contaminated, but this shouldn't be the way it's shipped. Bottom line, no pun intended, it's a good product, but could be a great product.

THE IDEA IS GREAT, THE ADHESIVE WILL NOT STICK TO THE PANTIES AND THEY SHOULD BE WIDER, BUT IT IS A GREAT IDEA. THE IDEA IS GREAT:. TOO MAKE THEM WIDER I USE TWO AT A TIME SO IT GETS EXPENSIVE THAT WAY, BUT WORTH IT FOR THE COMFORT. THANK YOU

I believe these should be lower in cost for what they are.
