Fireside Signature Edition - Catholic NABRE (Black) Hardcover – September 16, 2013

I have wanted a catholic family bible for so many years now but kept getting exhausted searching for one that looked like it was current and had everything I was looking for; I trust Fireside so I went for it. Let me say, not only am I NOT disappointed, I am ECSTATIC over this family bible! I was almost brought to tears. Highly recommend.

I bought this as a wedding gift for my new husband. He loved it. It is definitely a family Bible and not one for daily use. I love that we can write our family history in it and pass it on to future generations of our family

Beautiful, ellegant and complete. This is one of the first Catholic Bibles i could find that were large and had a beautiful exterior. Unfortunately, there are extra pages of rites, articles, and passages mixed in that are on plastic-y, colored pages that feel like they belong in a dentist's magazine rather than a bible. Had to take away a star for that. The rest of the book is in simple, respectful, three-column text that is traditional and elegant. Still worth a buy.

This book is stunning and the page quality is excellent.

Easy to read. Great print. Great commentaries at the end of each book. I would recommend this bible. Thank you!
