Yay! I have an 18 year old cat who is very arthritic. He's had his first shot recently to help. He always sits on our floor vent when we have the heat on or in front of the fireplace when we have that going in the winter. I worries about him for the summer as we don't have the heat on. He has been sleeping on our dogs bed under a window recently. I put this next to the dog bed and he didn't even look at it for about 4 days, and suddenly the Last three days, he found it and sleeps there during the day. He's a big long cat but so boney now and very light so I opted for this small 16 inch. I don't know if he liked the heat or the shape but he loves it!

This bed is so perfect, I just bought it for my two baby kittens i recently took in and they love it so much the warmth is the perfect temperature to keep them cozy and the pillow and foam is very soft, sure one side kinda was flat upon opening but not really an issue as it works great and was worth the price for how much my kitties love it

This bed was recommended at a veterinary feline symposium. Highly recommend!At first, I thought the bed wasn't heating up--- then realized it heats with pressure.My cats absolutely love these beds. I have one of the small ones and two of the large ones now. Small one is great for just one cat, but my cats seem to gravitate towards the large ones. The beds are especially great for my sphynx, who easily gets cold--- and it doesn't overheat! pictures below are of the large size bed.

My cat is picky, but she does get chilly. She wasn’t interested in the bed at first, but realized it was warm so she moved it and curled up where it was. After moving it back, she went back to where it was. Finally, she realized where the warmth was coming from and now if it’s chilly, she has a spot she loves.

I’m sure it is a good bed for some cats. I have a similar cave like product that one of my cats loves. I took this one out of the box and one of my cats started hissing and growling at it. The other two wouldn’t go near it. Was happy I could return it.Sure it was a fluke, maybe smelled like another cat or something.

My cats love it! I have put them on notice though that if they don’t come cuddle with me anymore I will have to hide it from them. 😂I got the larger size and my photo shows that over 30lbs of kitty love can fit into this thing. That’s pretty good. Usually if only one of them is sleeping in it the other is right outside with his body pressed against it for the warmth that still can be felt.I will be keeping an eye on it to make sure it’s heating only when in use and that it doesn’t feel overly hot. My previous senior cat had the smaller bed and when his health was declining with kidney disease and arthritis he rarely left it. I noticed he started losing belly fur. The vet said the constant contact with the heat was causing the fur loss and told me to put a blanket in the bed to add to the thickness over the heating pad. He no longer lost fur but took quite a while to grow it back. So this is one of those things I’ll keep an eye on with these 2 big love muffins of mine.When they’re happy, I’m happy.

No regrets! He spent the remainder of the winter curled up in this bed. He was toasty but not too hot. I like that it only warms up when he is actually in the bed.

I have 5 of these beds and my cats absolutely love them. However, the large bed is HUGE, I have a 16lb cat that still prefers the smaller bed. I kept it because two of my smaller cats can cuddle up together. I’m rehabbing a feral cat that had his front leg amputated and he also loves this bed. I highly recommend any K&H product. I own several.
