I take this first thing in the morning with 1000mg of the Vitamin C with 1500mg of MSM. It adds a tangy twist to the flavor. So far I really like it because the Vitamin C powder form is very versatile, I can adjust the dosage accordingly to my needs and I can take it few times throughout the day when I feel unwell. It dissolves well in the water.It’s also become a part of my skincare routine – mixing a bit of the powder with distilled water to concentration of 10%. I make very small batches so I don’t have to add in preservatives. I feel it helps brighten up and gives my skin a noticeable glow.One of the downside is that the bag does not seal properly, which is not a big problem as I put the powder in a bottle and store it in the fridge. Good Vitamin C powder. I love how this is just pure Vitamin C. You only need 1/4 a teaspoon so this will last a long time. Doesn’t really have a flavor so I add it to my collagen drink every morning.

This is my 4th bag . I mix it in with a glass of water with collegan powder and fiber powder. I just feel like its a great way to get pure Vitamin C
