Best. Purchase. Ever. I have 2 large dogs- an 85 lb pit mix and a 75 lb lab mix. They are high energy. The pit mix (Hamlet) is leash aggressive. I got where I dreaded walking him bc of the constant pulling, even with harnesses. I’ve tried training many times. It would be going great until he saw a person, squirrel, or cat. The he would lunge. It destroyed my back to the point that I just stopped walking him. But I felt terrible about it bc he deserves to go on walks without me hating it or cutting it short bc my back hurt too badly. This leash was a life changer. On the first walk he saw a cat and attempted to lunge but all I had to do was plant my feet and my weight plus the bungee in the leash stopped him cold. After a couple of minutes he figured out that the old way wasnt going to work. I had a pain and incident free walk with him for the first time in years. I also love the attachable waist pouch for my phone, keys, poop bags, or treats. Walking hands free felt so freeing. I used to scan constantly for his triggers and then wrap the leash around my wrist multiple times out of fear he would drag me down, which he has done (luckily it was worth it that time bc it was when a man approached me and didn’t stop, even when I shouted “not friendly”. I felt amazing, and best of all, safe. I know he could sense the change in my energy. Please buy this if you struggle with a difficult to walk dog like I do.

Me and my dog have been using it for a few days and so far I love it. The material is pretty durable and seems like it will hold up for a while. I’ve only used it around the waist and it doesn’t dig into to me, granted she’s not pulling much or at all. I’d say that it looses up especially if using the pouch it comes with (which is pretty small) and will bounce up and down, so if that annoys you I would keep that in mind. I got the orange color and it is so bright which is what I wanted. I wish they did come with some kind of reflective parts on the leash or the waist band but that’s okay. It also allows you to make the leash smaller if you want and of course has the loop if you want to hold it. There’s this part that moves around the waist band which is great for switching sides with your dog, it just makes for a smooth transition.

I’m very supposed that my Great Pyrenees doesn’t yank me around on this, but the two elastic sections absorb any shock of her trying to wonder. It gives her that little tug to redirect her without me having to do it. I’m going to order the one that attached two dogs so I can use it for both of my dogs at the same time. I got the pink and was surprised it’s a neon pink which is fine, but not the color shown.

I appreciate the amount of stretch in the leash. Its length is just right and keeps my dog right where I want him to be.There is one annoyance with the leash, however. There are a couple of anchor points to connect the leash on the belt portion that wraps around your waist. One of the anchor points is sewn next to the belt’s clip. So, unless you attach the leash to that specific anchor point, the little plastic anchor flops back and forth against the belt’s clip and makes an annoying clicking noise.Otherwise, the leash is comfortable to wear and I appreciate the little pouch that comes with it, making it easy to carry a phone/waste bag/etc.

It's comfortable and adjustable, when my dog pulls it doesn't hurt because the leash itself is a little stretchy. There's a ring around the waist so when my dog goes around me the leash does as well, yet the wait holder doesn't move and give me rope burn. The handholds on the leash are really nice as well, especially if your dog is reactive at all. I found it well worth the money so far, hopefully the quality holds up over time. Would be a great option if you run with your dog!

Perfect I like the bungee style in the leash the reflectiveness is perfect for night time jogs and functionality is perfect it even comes with two handles for two levels of support one while running so you don’t get dragged and one when you want to keep him close to your hip

I've never used one of these before and I found this one on Amazon for SUCH a better price than any of the ones I looked at on other websites. I have walked my dog with it and plan on taking him jogging in the future. We both love it!

I love this leash! My dog is very reactive and is in training, however training with a basic leash was difficult for me because I felt like I was always getting tied up while training. This leash being hands free made me feel like I had more control and comfort while still allowing me to have stronger control if I needed to have more control of his lead with the handles. The handles are padded and comfortable. I also love the shock relief provided with the leash. I was nervous having it strapped around my waist would cause me to lose balance if he pulled too hard but the shock absorption prevents that. It also comes with a treat bag that also has a spot for the poop bags to be dispensed. It is all around convenient and has made our walks much more enjoyable.
