The better of the mass-produced cereals
For the price, this is a good quality cereal that I occasionally enjoy on a weekday morning. The trouble I have with this cereal is the sugar content is a little high for me so it is not the healthiest of cereals- at least to those you can find at your local grocery store. I also find the taste a little artificial even when compared to brands like Kashii. Regardless, there are far worse things to put in your body and this is a good starter cereal for anyone making the transition to a healthier lifestyle.

Great Tasting Organic Version
Organic that tastes as good as the non-organic alternative. I like the little added flavor/crunch of almonds in the mix. Great for a light breakfast or snack.
