Got these 3 days ago and have had excellent results thus far. The first night my wife did wake me because I was snoring, but the device had fallen out of my nose. As long as it's in....zero snores. I've become a bad snorer, as even my son can hear me at times through the floor into his room.I do find that these can come out easy as I toss and turn through the night. So I keep them on my nightstand and pop a new one in if I wake up and it's not there. Simple and I barely have to wake up. Since they can fall out I love that this was a 4 pack I bought.Even if this is a placebo type of thing, I can't argue with results. Perhaps just the minor sensation of them being there keeps me from snoring. For $9 it was worth the try.

These were easy to get used to for the most part, however, they don’t work. It likely depends on the cause of the snoring, but I assure you, this did not stop or lessen the snoring at all in our case. So for that reason, they get one star.

Easy to use, barely noticable, did not compramize my sleep at all. Not sure if it works. Didnot stop my snoring, but may have improved, reduced the volume.

Was somewhat effective but too cumbersome and tended to fall out due to the weight of the external portion of the device. Also, my nose was sore after two consecutive nights of use. I ended up returning the product because for me it was in effective.

Don’t know how and don’t know why, but this works for me! Allergies and previous nose trauma meant snoring, tiredness throughout the day, dark circles... since using this and not snoring my sleep is so much better, I can breathe at night and the dark circles are gone. All from using this tiny gadget. Who’d a thunk?!

They did not help my snoring at all. No issue with comfort or ease of use, they are simply and totally ineffective for their primary purpose.

The product arrived on time and has been a splendid surprise for both my wife and I. We have using every night for about a month and there has been a noticeable difference in sleep...for the better. A bit of getting used to at the beginning, but after a few nights, it has become the norm. I would recommend.
