This is the second time I have purchased this MZOO sleep mask. The first one I purchased about 2 years ago did not have any seams sewn into it. About 6 months after purchase and being used every night, the seams started to come apart. When I went to purchase it again, there was a message that there was a newer version of this sleep mask. I believe they call it the luxury version. That mask iss the pits. The pressure on my eyes was unbearable and I could not wear it.About 2 years later, I was happy to see this version of the mask was still available. I had assumed that since there was a newer version, that they stopped making this one. Fortunately, that is not the case.This eye mask works very well for me. The eye mask quality is very good. It completely covers both eyes and blocks 100% of the light. I am a very sensitive sleeper. The little light on a smoke detector is enough to keep me awake. When traveling if the hotel pillow or mattress isn't just right, I have a hard time sleeping. I was worried having an eye mask on my face would cause me problems sleeping. As long as the mask is not too tight, I barely notice it. There is ZERO pressure on my eyes, even if the mask is on too tight.I am a side sleeper and I move a lot in my sleep. From one side to the other, onto my back, etc. The mask does come off from time to time. Sometimes it just moves a little, other times it comes completely off. Fortunately, I haven't lost it yet :)This time of year, mid-spring in the Southeast US, I sleep about 75 minutes longer with the eye mask on. Normally, once daylight starts to creep through the currents, I wake up. With the MZOO sleep mask, that is no longer an issue and I get the sleep I need.I mentioned the first time I purchased this sleep mask the seams were not sewn and the mask started to come apart after 6 months. It seems this mask still doesn't have sewn seams, however the seams seem to be sealed. Hopefully, the mask will last longer than 6 months. Even so, it is a small price to pay every 6 months for better sleep!

This is the 5th time I purchased this sleep mask because of the quality and fit. It’s very comfortable and adjustable straps make it as snug or loose as you want. The mask arrived in less than 24 hours and comes in a nice box and packaging. It has a silk storage bag to store it in or take it while traveling along with a set of ear plugs.The best feature of the mask is the high quality of the silk fabric and cushioning to the entire mask along with the interior fitting around your eyes. There is a curve to the interior of the mask that makes it super comfortable around your eyes while resting on it. The mask is a game changer for darkening out the room! We love this make so much that I have purchased this 5 different times. Once as a gift for someone, and we have extra sets in our vacation house so we don’t have to travel with them. Although I have taken it on a long flight to Hawaii and it would be good for kind distance flights or car rides.

So, I ordered one brand of sleep mask on amazon, I won't name the brand, but it was my first sleep mask, and I liked it. I ordered another one as a travel one, of the same brand and it broke. They have good customer service and are replacing it, but in the interim I decided to order another brand, to try it. This is the one I decided to order.USE CASE/USAGE: I was intrigued by the memory foam padding on it. So, let me start off by stating my reason for a sleep mask, it's I hate light when sleeping, it needs to be pitch black. This mask is better at this than my other mask, which while dark was thin, and it wasn't solid black, it was just extremely dark, still very much so useable and I do love it, but this one does get darker, which is nice. In all honesty, I'd give this 4.5, but I recognize due to my personal preferences only is why. I like the fact my other mask touches my eye lids. Its like faintly resting on my eyes, it kind of gives a comfort that it's closed and darker. This one, the memory foam padding prevents the middle from touching your eyes. This is great at preventing light bleed around the edges, so many I think would prefer this more.FIT: It fits snuggly, and the padding on the eye gives a hefty feel without feeling too heavy. The strap is wide, so this may offend some people with taller ears, but for me it's doable just fine. It's very adjustable to downright tight, to very loose. Fits well, I'm a man, with a decently sized to large head. It has a nose groove on the inside too, to fit the padding better without pushing up on the mask.PACKAGING: Packaging is awesome in this. It's 5 dollars more than my other mask I bought, which I wasn't sure was worth it, but you can tell it went to packaging. It comes delivered in a nice box, and pulling up the box you'll be greeted to some rice paper with the company logo, lifting this you will find the mask. Under that, you'll find a silk carrying pouch, with some earplugs. Under that, you'll find the company card thanking you for ordering, as well as their customer contact information The earplugs are nice, they are just foam, but I'm sure most people will use them on planes. I use this at home, so I don't, as I prefer my fan for white noise, but it's a nice touch. They come in a little case too.SLEEP TEST: The most important part of a sleep mask. I tested it two nights now, as well as a nap here or there. It does the job well and blocks all light, you can barely notice it on your face, and once asleep you don't notice it at all. Works perfect.MISC: I saw some users complaining about a smell. There is a smell, but it smells like foam from a factory, like that "new foam smell". It's not overpowering, and I have a sensitive nose, and it does seem to be fading each day, now on the third day it's nearly gone completely. Your milage may vary on this, however for me it's a non issue, I am only mentioning it as other reviews have.So in short, I would recommend it. Will update if anything bad happens or any issues arise.

Works well, soft, and stays in place (I sleep on my back but turn my head throughout the night/nap). It does hold onto your face lotion/serum/oil. One of the pics you can see darker spots which is where it lays on my face and my face lotions/oils seeped into it. I noticed it's in the eye pockets, but I haven't noticed it/felt it physically on my eyes. I've tried soaking it and hand washing it, and I also put it in a laundry mesh bag and washed in the machine, but the oil/ stain didn't come off. If you have sensitive skin/prone to break outs, you might want to pay attention to that. I like it and will continue to use it as needed, but not all the time since I can't get totally clean looking.
