Very good Sturdy cups, bought these many times. Very 😁

We use these all the time in our cafe. They are extremely strong, you can hold them fine with a hot drink in. Some cups are too thin and burn your hand when you have a hot drink in them. The only down side for me is they come in sleeves of 25 and I find it hard to separate each cup, they'd are really well suckered into each other. But otherwise, excellent value, customers are safe walking around with them due to how thick and strong they are.

This product was completely faulty. I run a catering business for a shoot every other Sunday and this last one was made almost untenable because of the quality of the cups delivered. So many of the cups leaked and shooters ended up with hot tea or coffee in their laps, the tables were a complete mess constantly from the leaks and I ended up with scalded hands and arms. I had to double up on most of the cups and even then they leaked. Some of the cups were also stuck together and were impossible to get apart. Also, the universal lids that I use did not fit the cups. The poor quality of these goods had a negative impact on my business. I have just over 250 cups left and would not risk using them. I request a full refund on this order and a returns label so I can send the rest back. Your quality control is obviously non-existent and I really cannot put into words how I feel about this seller. Dear Buyer My apologies we have tested the stock in our warehouse unfortunately we did not find any problem with the order all seems to be ok with the cups. we need some sort of proof that the 250 cups whihc yo have used was leaking. we will need the leaking cups in order to send them to the supplier to investigate.i have already spoken to the supplier they have requested all the cups which is leaking and non leaking so they can check and replace the item if they found faulty. If yo knew the cups were leaking why was 250 cups was used . they could have returned straight away. without opening the non used ones.. We need some sort of proof to send it to the supplier.
