False Advertisement
The item arrived EXTREMELY tarnished, even though the Amazon description states "Non-tarnishing". It was so tarnished that it was purple iridescent! There also was no round hoop on the rattle, nor a ribbon to go through the hoop at shown. This item was clearly not delivered as advertised. I was shocked and disappointed. The first rattle that I ordered had the package damaged during shipment and was never delivered. I then had to order a second rattle. The rattle was purchased as a gift. Since it was delayed, there was no time to return it. I had no choice but to polish the rattle myself, have it engraved, and give it to my niece. I have no idea how long it will take to tarnish and turn iridescent purple again. Very very disappointed.

Looks like junk!
Item recieved in beautiful packaging HOWEVER was tarnished beyond belief! It was blue and brown/gray no silver color whatsoever. I would have been absolutely embarrassed to give this as a gift!
