Color:Red Developed in collaboration with a science teacher from Pennsylvania, our build your own solar LED Jar light is a fun and creative way to teach and learn about solar electricity. Use your own mason jar or recycled jar and build a colorful LED light that automatically comes on at night and goes off at dawn. Choose from 5 different color LED's. I prefer to use a wide-mouth mason jar or anything that is wide enough for the battery pack. This kit requires soldering. Tools needed are soldering iron, solder & flux, hot glue gun, electric drill, wire cutters.

Great Product
I bought my wife an Amish made Polywood Lighthouse for the backyard but it had a 110 volt 7 watt light and we had no place to plug it in so I was in need of a solar, rechargeable, white LED light so it could light up at night. I found your product and it was perfect for adding light to our little lighthouse. I glued the solar panel to the top and then mounted the battery pack, circuit board, and lights on the bottom of the lighthouse lid. It is the right amount of light and was not difficult to put together. You do need to know how to solder circuit boards.
