Telephone Brand Agar Agar Powder 25 g.x2 PackTelephone Brand agar agar was recommended to me by a friend. I used it to make the Japanese jelly candy Kohakutou. The agar agar powder was easy to measure and it dissolved perfectly in my sugar and water mixture. I poured my liquid into a very lightly oiled gummy bear mold and refrigerated it for a few hours. It unmolded beautifully and we had a great new candy to try. I will definitely buy this again.

I bought this to make a dessert that was vegan and gluten free, I followed the directions and it came out perfect!! Still have a lot left for future usage.

I have bought and rebought the Agar Agar. It can however make your jello too crunchy if you overused the powder.

Worked very well
