I just put in for a return. I bought this and was so excited. Put it in my car this morning. Used it on my way to work. Came back out when work was done and the plastic cover piece on front had curled up i guess from the heat.. It only got up to 80 degrees today. You would think that an item like this would be made to hold up inside a vehicle.

Ok in full disclosure I received this product on November 19th 2019. I bought it to use in my police car. It sat in my backpack until Monday March 30th. With Covid-19 our duties have changed so I’m now in my squad all day instead of my office, so I hooked it up. It worked fairly well Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Then on Tuesday the little sensors that detect motion didn’t work and the arms would not open. I unplugged it, counter to 10, plugged it back in and it worked the rest of the day. On Friday April 3rd it stopped working all together.So I didn’t ask for a refund being the time frame, my fault, but I do expect the item to work more than 5 days.Today I pried the arms open to charge my phone. And on a side note the arms would fit a phone great without a case. I have a small thin case and the arms just grab the edge, it fell out once.

Well I really liked this for the first 3 days. Worked fine. A little tricky to touch it just right to get the arms to open but I got the hang of it. It was very nice to be able to just drop my phone in it and start charging. Tap the back and it open so that I can take it back. Well on the 3rd day it started having problems. Not opening up all the way or the arms just moving a bit but not enough to put the phone in. Well it's still very new and if this is happening now I don't want to mess with it. I will look for another product with the same features as this product because I really like the idea behind this. Again I really wish this would have worked out. At least for 1 year maybe, but 3 days. It's going back.

I have been looking for a wireless charger for a while. I think many these products on Amazon are in quit similar prices. I bought this one when on sale and I am very glad I did. It's made of good quality plastic. A very nice design is the auto clamp. Place your phone on the holder the sides automatically close and hold the phone securely. You can easily open it by touch the back top area of the holder. I have got used to the auto clamp and never want to go back to the old fashion ones.I mount the holder on my AC/fan vent, so I am not sure about the window mount, which is an spare option, better than none, I'll try it out some time. One disadvantage is this charger doesn't come with a car charger, only a USB cable. I use my own car charger and it worked very well. Wow! I'm extremely impressed with this device. It was a bit difficult to understand if it came with the vent clip &/or the telescoping suction cup but, to my surprise, it comes with both. As well as the 3.0 charger, 3 different charger heads, and the USB to C cord. Easy set up. Haven't tried the vent clip but the suction cup is very strong. It also has a sticky back to help it stay in place as well as the suction cup with the switch to lock it in place. It's pretty cool that it auto opens and clamps your phone into place. Charges super fast. I also haven't used the charger heads either. This was the absolute cheapest phone mount/ charger for a car that i could find on Amazon.com and I'm so very impressed. Sleek and sturdy.

Terrible product. First of it, the cable type C included with the charger, did not work properly with the charger, when I use the provided cable, the charger keep opening and closing permanently, and the phone never started charging, I tried to use another cable that I use to charge my phone, and whit my own cable I was able to make it work one time only, that 1 only time that it work, the fast loading was too slow, I used it driving around 1 hr with the Waze app running, and in 1 hour it charge from 35% to 39% only, 4 % of the battery in one hour, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8. I have tried other wireless charger and it was never that slow. that hapenned the one time only I was able to use it, the other times I tried, not even with my cable or the supplied one ,it never worked, the same issue happened, it was never charging and keeping opening and closing the whole time. Thank god I bought it trough Amazon so I could send it back after 3 days I got it, I will search for another better option.

I really like this product. I like that it sort of adds to the gadgets in the vehicle. Hands feee option is great once you get used to how the device works. Placing your phone on and off is a breeze when you learn how the sensors work. I also like that it charges your devic. I have an Iphone XR and it fits in the holster fine as long as the case is slim and not bulky. My husband has an Iphone 6s and has has to remove the case for charging. The device has to stay plugged in the cigarette plug in order to work which I don’t like. I’d rather charge the device overnight then use it. It is a cute and useful device in spite of. If you have things hanging from the rear view mirror...remove them or they will cause the device to open and close.
