Good tablets but have a very strong smell. None the less they’re good for what they are. Would recommend

This is a B complex vitamin with added Vitamins D3. At the latitude that I live and the age I am that’s killing two birds with one very tiny tablet. Any benefit is only going to become apparent over time. I like the fact it is UK produced, and that the manufacturer has signed up to good manufacturing practice. As to the taste, take in a teaspoon of yoghurt and you won’t notice the going down. The tablet is that small.

I need to take every day vitamin B as it helps my nerves (I am epileptic) and I like that these tablets are very small, probably the smallest I have ever seen for this kind of vitamins.They are 180, so it lasts for half a year and is suitable for vegetarians.What I don't like is the funky smell of them and flavor, but as I drink them with water, it's a limited feeling so anything impossible.This is a good option on the go because being so small, they fit everywhere.
