If your ordering these or any chocolate product by mail during the SUMMER expect them to be melted. Those delivery trucks are hot. Let them cool off before opening any, they won't look perfect but they will still be delicious. Don't knock the product's rating for an act of weather and science, they will come melted in the summer, period.With that out of the way I think these are delicious. I'm going to be making my own chocolate mint bombs but I wanted something convenient and prepackaged so it won't be messy to travel with. These fit the bill. I have been eating several a day because of a stress craving and it didn't kick me out of ketosis. But I tend to eat less carbs because I wasn't going by net carbs when I started keto. I counted total carbs of 35 a day so I ended up with a strict diet, but one where I have more wiggle room if I eat something extra out of the ordinary. So it works out good for me it's hard to accidentally kick myself out of ketosis.I personally think it's way to easy to kick yourself out of keto if you are only counting net carbs. You could be skating close to your limit and have to count every little thing. If your strict and count total carbs and then you can have wiggle room and having some extra carbs here and there won't mess you up if you keep your diet consistent. But that's just what worked for me, everyone should experiment and find your own best keto way of eating.

These sweet treats are really tasty. I am on the Keto diet and having great success with this way of eating, but I do get sick to death of grilled chicken, eggs and cheese and on occasion, I crave a little something sweet that is not filled with sugar alcohol (which always kills any weight loss for me). In my opinion, most of the slim fast Keto bars are made with garbage ingredients which would likely stall my weight loss, but their fat bomb line has a lot of fiber as opposed to sugar alcohol, and I have found that enjoying one of these every few days has not had a negative effect. At this point, I have tried all the "fat bombs" from Slim Fast, and my favorite one is this one, and the Peanut butter cup. Both taste great. The mint cup is also good, but I found the caramel cup to be a bit flat in flavor and I wouldn't bother buying that one again. The price on these is kinda high for 14 little bits of chocolate type after-dinner treat, but I do think they are worth it. This flavor tastes just like a "turtle" chocolate to me and it is very seriously satisfying. It does help me stay focused on continuing this way of eating, and that is a great help!

I have the Caramel Pretzel option. It is pretty good. My bar is set low as I have had some keto snacks that are really bad, and even some of the SlimFast snack bars aren't good (marshmallow cup is not good). This is one I would consider again. At least I can see the pretzel, and see and taste the caramel. Not too shabby.I am not keto or diabetic, or looking to starve myself into weightloss, but I do want to have the occasional treat without wanting to eat the whole box. These snacks are the same size (maybe little heavier) than a reeces. Calories are on the low side (80 or less), and I am not going to be triggered to eat more because it isnt all that sweet.

These are REALLY good. I've bought the mint chocolate, lemon, and peanut butter cup. The mint chocolate and the lemon ones are SO good. I try not to eat a lot of them because they do have sugar alcohol, but it's a pretty small amount -- and these really taste like candy, a real treat. They are pretty expensive, I think. I got most of the ones I bought on sale for around seven bucks, which is a great value. The regular price is pretty steep -- even as good as they are, I think I'd probably go for a natural brand like Keto Cups if I was going to spend that much.

As I am a frequent buyer of keto fat bomb peanut butter, I was very disappointed in this pack I purchase in March. This one package I bought through AMAZON, was NOT quality and I was really surprised this pack got through QUALITY CONTROL OF THE MANUFACTURE. I wanted to send it back but could not as I already threw the packing box, label etc out in the trash before I was ready to eat them.. Well I store them in my fridge and ate one pack @ time.. each was good to eat..but each pack had problems, The 1st one no peanut butter, 2nd very little peanut butter as was the other 4 I open and ate. Right from the start, when on 2nd candy, I figure to call Amazon. Cannot get through by phone and am lost how to get in touch with them to make this right. I must say, as I write this review, I am on the the 6th bar from this box. Still nearly none to next to none peanut butter, and goobs of chocolate accumulated on top of bar. Eatable, yes, as I love Chocolate but I also love peanut butter, "where's the Peanut Butter.?" Not what I paid for as I ordered and rec'd Keto Fat Bombs peanut butter. Again, "where's the peanut butter?" AMAZON, ARE YOU BUYING 2nds? I need another box, but scared to purchase another pack from Amazon.. I bought this from Amazon a few times before and never had this problem. But this last pack is not right and damn, you guys need to get back to the phones as other companies are and have been mandating their phone lines. I suppose when I go to Walmart, I will just have to pick it up there as it is the same price and I can return it if not right.. Amazon during this covid19 turned off their customer service phone lines and I am 78 and don't know how to do all of this research into the computer on Amazon to get where I am suppose to be to complain, so the best would be for me to write it here.. so sorry I had to do it this way, but Amazon does not give me any other choice.
