Kept drinks cold for a long time and was easy for my kid to use in school. However after just one month of taking to and from school, the lid completely broke. Not the tether but the actual lid where you drink from completely snapped off rendering the cap totally useless. Was great until that happened. No idea if I can get a new lid.Update as of January 5th re: lid"Thank you very much for contacting us. At this point, we do not carry the replacement lids for the water bottles. Sorry for the inconvenience."That is all they said. No plans to get replacement lids or updates offered. Cap is not good and their customer service is even worse. Do NOT buy.

I use this to have by my bed side so that when I wake up during the night with a dry mouth I can have a cold drink of water. It will keep the water cold for at least 12 hours. When I go to empty the unit to clean it there is still ice inside. I have not tried it with a hot drink but I think it would work just fine. Only negative I have is the silk screen printing does not last but that does not affect the unit.

I have tried many different water bottles in my time. The most common problem presented is leaking. The second most common issue is durability. This bottle solves both problems -plus- it is insulated so even if it is left in your vehicle in direct sunlight the liquid inside remains cool for hours. One minor word of caution:if you wash this bottle in a dishwasher the heat will cause the label and eventually the color to fade. No big deal-just get a large bottle brush and it cleans right up in seconds. Kudos to Khataland!

Overall a great insulating bottle. I used it to drink smoothies for lunch in college and it kept them nice and cold. The only thing is the strap that connects the lid to the opening part broke after a couple of months. And the writing wore off but that wasn't that big of a deal. Mainly I would just suggest reinforcing the strap but otherwise gets the job done.

I bought a couple of these. Fantastic insulation, keeps ice a long time, and even after the ice is melted the water stays cold quite a while longer. The only thing I don't like is that they are too small. Can't really fault the product for that, I know going in what size they were.

I like the streamline design and size. My only issue is there is a rubber gasket in the lid that hold the scent of the last beverage you drink if it's not water. My husband used for hot chocolate while skiing. I wanted to us next for water and cleaned, soaked and still couldn't get rid of the scent.

I absolutely LOVED everything about this bottle from it's insulated capabilities to it's brilliant color. The ONLY issue I had with it (returned item) was with the cap attachment loop and it's flimsy material, which broke in the first week of use! If the company ever fixes this issue, I would GLADLY repurchase this item in a heartbeat. If you decide to purchase, I would highly recommend babying the very thin piece of rubber that holds the cap to the bottle. Hope this helps! :)

Over all, it's a pretty good Thermos. I love the design. Doesn't keep the water as cool as other thermos bottles that I have purchased, but not bad. Have this one in several colors.
