Very durable, thick covers to transmitting cable strands & also well made connectors
This is a very well made, heavy duty cable.It has a thickened portion which is about 1.5" from each end. This thickened portion can make it difficult to connect to some monitors.

A good cable
The cable is exactly as advertised. One should be careful to know what is wanted. There are two types of DVI cables. The DVI-I and the DVI-D. The connector on the video card and monitor should look the same. Much has been written about these connectors, so I will not repeat those writings here. Just be aware that you should determine which cable that you need prior to ordering.

Cheaper but same quality as high end connector cables
Perfect match! And quality through this cable, is the same as a high end & 50.00 one. Would recommend over and over.

This cable worked great for my new computer. Make sure to double check the DVI cable you actually need. There are a few different types of DVI cable. The cable also has the cylinder about an inch from the connector so check the space you have for your cables before you order.

I received a large metal cable that was clearly used and does not remotely fit a computer monitor or graphics card…

The Only cable for DVI-I Apple MACs
If you've been trying to use a DVI-D cable to hook a dual-link monitor to your Apple MAC and wonder why it does not work - stop wondering and just buy this cable. It is a true DVI-I cable. If the monitor has a DVI-D connector, buy the StarTech DVI-I to DVI-D dual link adapter to place on the end.The above combination has my two 2560x1600 monitors running perfectly with my Apple MAC workstation.

Seems fine. I bought the wrong one like a stoog but the quality deems decent. Couldn't test it atm. So take it for what it is.It also has the nice flat head screw driver heads so you don't have to use fingers.

DVI-Iなんてめったにないし。ただ、ピンの精度と耐久性が最悪。向きがいまいちで、差し込むときに相当注意しないと、すぐに曲がっておれそう。いちど差したら、怖くて抜けそうにない…

Cable dvi-i antentos a la i del final
En mi caso lo pille sin pensar demasiado y es cierto que el cable es grueso y de cierta calidad no vale para las entradas dvd-d, tener en cuenta eso, algo que yo desconocia y que me obligo a doblar una patilla sobrante para poder itulizarlo, no rentaba tramitar su devolución, por lo demás no puedo decir que haya notado una diferencia abismal en un pc de gama baja.
