dreamGEAR – PS4 LED Charge Cable for DualShock4 Controllers – LEDs Indicate When Charging and Charged

This cable is exactly what I needed. The other cables available weren't long enough to reach the couch for when I needed to charge the dualshock 4 while I was playing. The cable is ten feet long and easily reaches from my entertainment center to my sofa. The cable itself is a nice flexible cable, but if I had any complaints about it, it would be that it is maybe a little thin. It has a light on the end that plugs into the controller that is a nice touch. It is a nice bright LED light that is red while charging, and turns blue when the battery is fully charged. I would recommend this cable.

Terrible product, over priced and does not fit securely in the dual shock 4 controller's micro slot properly. The micro side's connector is simply too long and does not create a tight proper connection. The light is not an actual indicator that a charge is happening and the loose connection will keep the light lit but not charge the controller; If you turn your controller even 90 degrees you risk the device disconnecting. I've had to go back to my default cable. Quality control should of taken care of this issue before release.

the LED doesn't work correctly it continuously flashes, and now it does not even charge the controller which I weird and unfortunate because the length of the cord is awesome.

Not a bad purchase but it helps me know when the DS4(Dual Shock) is fully charge when it turn blue instead of guessing on it on a regular USB charge cable provided by Sony for my PS4. Like the one fella feedback, it is loose a bit but that is due to the female plug(the one end that is connected to the DS4) being too long from OEM spec as compare to Sony USB charge cable plug so it's why it deserve 4 stars but if they did make it short via revised USB edition just like the Sony one, then 5 stars it get. But don't let it discourage your buy as it does get the job done and get your DS4 charge up and knowing when it's fully charge, you can enjoy it wirelessly til its next charge when it run out. Happy with my purchase is all that matter so I hope this helps out for people looking for a USB cable that tell you when it's charge and when it's fully charge instead of guessing as I like convenient. the number one complaint people have is that it does not plug all the way into the controller. This is true but I have been using it for a month and had no issues, it charges the controller just fine and looks amazing while doing it. The extra long cord comes in handy I can plug into the ps4 from the tv stand and play my game on the bed. Edit: 4/10/14 I purchased this on March 12, 2014 and last week it stopped working. it would no longer charge the PS4 remote at all period. after about a months worth of use it stopped working. The design itself is great, I love the look and the extra long cord is very nice. BUT the construction is about as crappy as it gets since this was in a Adult household and was casually used. I can imagine it might last weeks at best with a teenager.

Great product, it does the job. Just be mindful, if you are playing your game while charging the controller with this cable, it can be damaged easily, where the micro-usb connector plugs into the controller. I was playing and moving around and the cable got caught on the corner of my chair, the micro-usb connector pulled out of the controller, luckily the two little lock tabs didn't get bent. It fully charges from one bar to fully charged in a short period, just under an hour.

It's a good cable but NOT perfect! PROS: 1. Long cable 2. LED indicator 3. Durable wire material CONS: 1. A bit pricey 2. Micro-USB gets loose most of the time thus giving a full charge signal when it's not, so what I do is bend the charging port a bit or removing it then re-attach it to the controller. --------------------------- UPDATE: Downgrading the rating from 4 stars to 1, both of the cables I ordered stopped working.

we bought 2, the light does not work properly... it always blinks. it does not plug in to the controller easily... but it is 10' long and it does charge. we just have to check it to see when its done charging.

Se fil est bien meilleur et bien plus solide que celui de Sony. Les led sont vraiment utile pas besoin de retouner au menu pour voir si la manette est chargé ou mal branche et ne tombe pas

Es un buen cable de gran longitud, los materiales son de buena calidad y hasta ahora no me ha causado ningún problema. Tiene un LED que enciende en azul cuando no está en funcionamiento o cuando ha terminado la carga y enciende en rojo cuando está cargando. Sirve como cable de datos.

Tiene una longitud perfecta para estar a una distancia considerable y la luz LED te avisa cuando ya está cargado.
