I have chronic back pain and problems. I recently threw out my back and was in need of support.I ordered this online and got it in 2 days! I had something similar to this before and I knew what I wanted and was looking for. This was exactly that. I use this whenever I have serious back pain or need that added support.It's definitely not something you'd want to wear often as it make your core weak and more likely to injure in the future. This is merely the added support when you need it. This is perfect for me in those times or people like me with chronic back pain/issues.The adjustable velcro is great, as it makes the sizing more adjustable and can fit a variety of people. I would definitely order this again if I ever wore it out!

Best back brace out there! My chiropractor had given me one years ago. I threw back out last week, of course couldn't find my brace. I ordered this one, which is exactly the same one from my chiropractor. I had that brace on the second it arrived and my back was instantly relieved. I will never misplace this brace ever again. At the slightest hint of back pain, if I wear this brace, I curb it immediately within a couple days of wearing this brace.

Love it, made very good and adjustable, and can wear it underneath my clothes.My only issue is that I had to chose between S and XL, when my size is L

I purchased size Small. It was advertised to fit up to waist size 36. My waist is 33 and it almost does not fit me. So if your waist is over 33 inches, this might be too small. Other than that it serves its purpose. The velcro sticks good. The steel stays at the back is bendable as stated.

You don't have a lot of size room to play with and I do wish I had gone with the medium, even though my sizing suggested a small. Otherwise, it hugs your body nicely and does muffin top you too bad. I got this for compression purposes since I have pretty bad back pain that isn't posture related. This is great to wear under clothes since it is a lot less noticeable than my Mueller one I had. But, you may want to size up if you are close to the limit of whichever size you place in.

This is just what I was looking for to replace an old back brace. Working from home, a back brace was a necessity. This was perfect. Gives the support I need without rolling or moving anywhere! Would definitely recommend!

The support was not sized properly. I ordered by hop size and it ran small, had to stretch and stretch to close, comes undone. Felt I used it too much to return but should have.

I like this brace better than two others I have. It offers more support and is not too bulky. I bought a white one but I am going to buy a black one as well if they have one.
