Tiffin case is more Hotter than Food actually
It takes approximately 30 mins to heat the food after that you should keep it for 15 mins for heat transfer. Then you can open a d eat it.Food will be warm enough to enjoy it.

Autocut failed and stopped working (Updated review after 7 months of use)
Update:-Im not satisfied because it stopped working,i think because autocut sensor failed and its heating coil got damaged, no spare heating coil available, although it worked fine upto 7 months .Old review--I am very happy to buy this. It warms food in 20 -30 minutes only. Just one thing,its containers are not leak proof, otherwise its a must have for office going person.I use a leak proof smaller container that fits inside its steel container,to carry liquid and pour in it before warming process.Thanks Milton.

Good product. But the purpose of buying this particular product is to heat the food. The concept of heating is to heat the vessel but not the food. The metal container becomes hot and the heat transferred to the food. So you cannot expect a hot food. High chances of damages to the surface if you switch ON the heater for more than 15 min. Otherwise the product is ok
