Weber 6414 Caster Wheel (Includes Caster Insert)

Original wheel broke after 22 years. This replacement was great.

I have a 25 year old weber genesis so the old casters and mounts were crumbling. this fit perfect and works excellent.

I have an ancient Weber Performer grill. After 25 years, the locking casters froze up. I contacted Weber for the correct part number and then ordered here because the price was best. The wheels snapped into the existing plastic blocks without a problem.

I ended up restoring a weber, genesis silver, and one of the caster wheels were broken so I bought this as a replacement due to this number being the same number they quote in the parts guide. Unfortunately, it’s a tad bit smaller than the original one so I ended up buying both of them and puts the grill at a slight tilt to the left. As far as quality. It’s a great product just a tad bit smaller than the original.

The Weber 6414 Caster Wheel (Includes Caster Insert) fits the old Weber Silver Genesis (A/B/C) BBQ Grills models made in the late 90s and early 2000s--when they made great, long lasting grills that were simple. I refurbished four Genesis models (1 Silver A, 1 B and 2 Cs) and the ones that had these original little caster wheels all needed replacing. To preserve the life of these, it is best to lift the one end and carry the grill if going across rough ground or concrete.
