MT641-3 Premium Hot Water Dispenser

This unit functions well and was easy to install. It was a direct replacement for an identical unit which started leaking after 3-1/2 years in operation. Unit has a 3 year warranty.Order and delivery of the unit was easy and timely.

This was a replacement for my old insta hot tank and I was told this was a good model by the plumber who installed it for me. Product came slightly damaged but I was able to push it back in to where it needed to be. Overall fine.

There are much cheaper Instant Hot Water dispensers on the market, but my first one of these lasted 16 years. I think that's unheard of for the cheap brands. When it came time to replace mine, I opted to pay more for quality (as I did previously), and I'm glad I did. I'm looking forward to many years of trouble-free operation.

The Little Gourmet hot water dispenser works well and is easy to install. I’ve had to replace mine every 3-4 years. The warranty is 3 years. Make sure you place a pan under the unit with a $10 water detector.

Installed about a month ago. I use it with an RO system. I had a plumber install it so i cant speak to ease of installation. It seemed involved. So far so good.

This is a replacement of the exact same hot water heater that was installed 10 years ago and quit suddenly. I could not find it locally. Amazon, of course, had it and it arrived in 2 days. The connections on top were exactly the same as the previous model making installation a breeze. Excellent little heater, so much better than the more popular InSinkErator, which I have also had and failed in 6 years.

The product arrived with a BOLD warning ... only use fitting provided to connect to water supply.But no fitting was provided. I guess it was repackaged. (We get that a lot in Hawaii, since its such a pain, and takes so long to cross the Pacific. We sellers send us the "Hawaii edition" hoping it will be too much trouble to exchange ... which it is.)Anyway, I can't find anyway to leave a message with anyone ... Amazon or Little Gourmet to resolve the issue.So I thought maybe someone at either place reads these reviews and would just send me the $1 part ... for them. Or many $ if I have to get a plumber to fabricate one here. But still better than the 3 week round trip to replace it. And of course the foolishness of returning what I assume is a perfectly good item for lack of one little special connector. Why they couldn't have made it a standard connection I have no idea.

Time will tell but if it continues to perform as well as it does now over the years it will be well worthwhile
