I’ve had this car charger for about a year now and still love it!! Just Wait to get full experience to write a comment.This is just what I need. fast and easy to use.My iPhone case is Really thick, I thought I need to remove it before I use the wireless charger, but I was wrong. It works perfect.The most amaze thing is the fast charge. Most time I even not realize I’m charging my phone, and it already fully charged.Also I can charge my phone when I use my earphone.

Ok in full disclosure I received this product on November 19th 2019. I bought it to use in my police car. It sat in my backpack until Monday March 30th. With Covid-19 our duties have changed so I’m now in my squad all day instead of my office, so I hooked it up. It worked fairly well Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Then on Tuesday the little sensors that detect motion didn’t work and the arms would not open. I unplugged it, counter to 10, plugged it back in and it worked the rest of the day. On Friday April 3rd it stopped working all together.So I didn’t ask for a refund being the time frame, my fault, but I do expect the item to work more than 5 days.Today I pried the arms open to charge my phone. And on a side note the arms would fit a phone great without a case. I have a small thin case and the arms just grab the edge, it fell out once.

I really like this product. I like that it sort of adds to the gadgets in the vehicle. Hands feee option is great once you get used to how the device works. Placing your phone on and off is a breeze when you learn how the sensors work. I also like that it charges your devic. I have an Iphone XR and it fits in the holster fine as long as the case is slim and not bulky. My husband has an Iphone 6s and has has to remove the case for charging. The device has to stay plugged in the cigarette plug in order to work which I don’t like. I’d rather charge the device overnight then use it. It is a cute and useful device in spite of. If you have things hanging from the rear view mirror...remove them or they will cause the device to open and close.

I like the charger, it holds your phone safely in place. But the charger keeps going on and off loosing the connection. It could be the lighter port in my car, but when I switch it to the USB port it does the same thing.

The best wireless car charger plus moniker holder Very easy to set up and use. I love how the sensor open and close. This is a must to buy especially if you drive a lot. Best thing about this you dont have to pull over and charge your phone or reach for your wire charger and charge your phone which is not safe. All you have to do is get your phone closer and it will automatically open to hold the phone and charge. I love it!

So the instructions on this could be expanded. The only way I figured out how to connect the vent clip to the mount was by taking off the wing nut but without that piece you can't tighten it.The only thing that DID WORK was the little arms opening for my phone. The charger didn't work at all at first but after some adjusting it did. However, if you have ANY apps running the percentage actually goes down so I guess I should just use my regular charger. So basically this holder/charger is useless for what I bought it for.

Only complaint is you gave to gave a THIN case or phone won’t fit other than that -Love it in my car (Lexus 2012) with terrible vents and cup holders for phones. It works fantastic. The putting it in and taking it out before you turn of the power takes a second but if your car USB port charges while engine is off you won’t have my issue. But now that I am used to it. I love it.
