Okay, first off, I want to offer an apology to those folks who gave this powder a rating of "1" because they said it was horrible to mix up and drink. When I read their reviews, I thought they were a bunch of weenies to complain about the taste, appearance, and mixing issues. So long as a product gives you great benefits, who cares about taste and mixing...right? Boy, was I wrong. As a long-time daily drinker of this same company's Green Vibrance powder, I assumed it would be pretty much like their other products. I always mix their Green Vibrance in 6-8 oz cold water and stir briskly. It looks (and probably tastes) like the stuff I clean out of our Koi pond. I chug it down as fast as I can because of the taste, but since it gives such noticeable health benefits I don't dread drinking it every morning. I tried this same technique with the Joint Vibrance powder. The container says to "stir briskly" to mix into water or juice. Well, you can stir briskly til the cows come home...it's not going to mix well by just stirring. It's almost like the powder repels the liquid so you end up with foaming and big clumps floating on the liquid and sticking on the side of the glass. I tried but couldn't manage to gag down more than a sip. Ended up making a fruit smoothie in the blender in order to drink it. So for those of you who don't mind making a smoothie EVERY day, it'll be fine. The powder did mix up okay in the blender and the taste did not affect the smoothie taste too much. I understand that others have had success with mixing in a shaker jar with liquid. Haven't tried it yet. You may be wondering why I would give it a rating of "5" after reading my comments above...but the product really does work great. Before buying the Joint Vibrance powder, I first bought it in the pill form. By the end of my third week on the pills, my knees were greatly improved. I've had knee surgeries for cartilage/tendon issues and my orthopedist has suggested a replacement for one of my knees. I've tried other products like Osteo Bi-Flex with little or no improvement. I'm in my early 50s and very active (former runner before knees became too bad)...so was really looking for anything that can hold off a knee replacement for a few years. I now use both the tablets and the powder...the powder on days when I have the time to make a smoothie and the tablets for those days when it's easier/faster to swallow 12 pills. UPDATE (10/18/12): I had stopped taking Joint Vibrance for a couple of weeks. Mainly it was because I had run out of both tablets and powder. For the first 3-4 days, my knees still felt the same...so I didn't reorder the product, thinking that maybe my joints were going to be fine without it. Then we went on vacation for a week. About 5-6 days after stopping the Joint Vibrance, my knees really started to hurt. By the time we returned home, my "surgery" knee throbbed and "gritted" so much that I could barely walk on it. I immediately reordered both tablets and powder. It has taken nearly a week of regular use to get my knee back to where it had been before I stopped using Joint Vibrance. I don't kid myself that I won't need a replacement in a few years; but it is very obvious to me now of how much this product has helped me. Won't forget to order again. Also, over the period of time that I've been using it, I've found that I don't mind the taste at all. I think the initial foaming of that first time really did a number on me. I still generally use a blender with the powder, but often I'll just mix it with water and a little ice.

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO NOTE, that my review pertains to the JOINT VIBRANCE with ARTHRED, VERSION 3.0 ONLY!! Which I have been told by the Company (Vibrant Health in CT, 1-800-242-1835) is no longer produced and has been replaced by the NEW Version 4.0. This new version 4.0 not only has heavy flavoring (Orange-Pineapple)as well as 70 grams Stevia extract (leaving me with a terrible after-taste, a migrane and stomage upset), BUT, MOST IMPORTANTLY, a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COMPOSITION OF INGREDIENTS WITHOUT ARTHRED (!!!!) AND IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME AT ALL!! I wish the Company would get back to what worked such miracles. Version 3.0 with Arthred.!! What follows was/is my review of Version 3.0 with Arthred: I have suffered extreme pain in both thumbs because of arthritis for more than a year. Pills hardly help, but this "MIRACLE" product literally eliminated the pain after using it daily for about 2 weeks!!!! IT WORKS, IT REALLY WORKS!! ....and it's affordable!!!! This little daily "treat" has made my life worth living again!!!! It is important to note, that it is important to CONTINUE TAKING IT DAILY, although it is easy to forget, once the pain is gone.....it will return and "remind" you to take it! But, it is affordable and well worth taking for the rest of my life!

This supplement blends beautifully with absolutely no grit or clumps in a blender. Great taste - complemented well by milk, milk substitute &/or citrus juice and banana, tropical or berry blend frozen fruit. I've never tried mixing alone with water. Unlike some protein powders that suspend quickly, this seems to reconstitute well with a quick shake of a Blender Bottle. As someone with a sensitive stomach (I have colitis, acid reflux & gluten sensitivity), I find this protein digests very easily unlike some proteins that seem to settle like wet cement in the tummy, so I can use it effectively as both a pre- or post-workout supplement, even very early in the a.m. I've been using for ~2 months and I feel like I am seeing the same or better results to hair/skin. I've had 2 ACL reconstructive & cartilage repair surgeries on my left knee and strained a shoulder playing sports in high school, and I will feel pain/achiness if I do a lot of lifting, rock climbing/bouldering or high impact workouts without a joint supplement and it seems to have replaced my glucosamine supplements just fine. Because this has replaced two supplements for me and the reasons stated above, I find it to be a very good value.

As a personal trainer in Dubai, I’ve been recommending this product to my clients for joints. Through years of use significantly their situation improved. Of course you need to use minimum 6 months constantly. Really beautiful composition and price is reasonable, taking into account how complex it is. I recommend 2 scoops a day, because some clients tried 1 scoop and results weren’t good enough in 3 months, but the ones using 2 scoops were feeling significantly better. I use it as well and do an average of 20.000 steps a day and helps me feel good I would add one fact, some clients did not like the flavor, but after mixing with half orange juice half water they told me now can manage to use. Of course this flavor cannot like everyone

Joint Vibrance is an excellent product and has helped immensely with the knee joint issues. The powder version is much easier to use vs. the tablets. Definitely worth a try.
