They’re perfect!
They showed up within days of ordering, they slide on with ease, they add the perfect amount of length to my G43’s grip, they’re very comfortable but still very small and concealable. I will be buying one for every mag I get. I even replaced my already extended mags with these grips bc of the stippling. Which adds grip and makes it easier to function and looks better too. Though I’m no gun enthusiast and I don’t really care how nice they look. My only concern is functionality. Due to the fact that it’s only a self defense weapon that no one (I pray no one ever does anyhow) will ever see other than myself. But I’ll admit they do look far nicer than factory extended mags. They’re far more robust and ridged too.

All G43 Mags NEED This
The G43 is tiny. It is a fantastic piece of equipment and because it is small, it conceals well. It also can be hard to hold due to its size. For my hand, the pinky extension helps a LOT. I now get a very good grip and my accuracy is better. The key to installation is compressing the body of the mag near the base pad with channel locks as you push down on the retention pin on the bottom. I recommend you use a small flat point punch to depress the retaining pin. I found this method extremely easy. Yes, try these pinky base plates. I think you will love them as much as I did.

Honestly the add should make it more clear that this is for a 43 not a 42 that being said with a small amount of the extension removed from the back it will fit perfectly on a 42

Fantastic.
Once you get it on (absolutely buy a Glock mag tool, also on Amazon), it’s the best thing ever. Bought two more for my other mags.Edit: I for some reason went and read other reviews… lots of folks complaining about difficult install or that it doesn’t fit their gun (these ONLY fit the 43. Not the 43x). BUY THE GLOCK MAG TOOL. It works by itself for the flush mag plates, and if you have a nail set you can use that to depress the button and use the tool to wrench the stock pinky plate off. Do NOT listen to the 1 or 2 star ratings on these - they were ALL user error or someone who didn’t read the description. Fantastic product.

This product will NOT fit a 43X MOS single stack 10 round magazine!! I took the end cap off of the magazine so do't think I'm some kind of FUD that didn't know what they were doing as I thought the other negative responses were. This product is way too narrow! Not worth the hassle of sending back they went in the trash...

I would definitely buy again absolutely perfect in my opinion the knurling is perfect match pattern to a Glock and in my opinion better than the factory extension perfect size easy to install better fill than original OEM
