"Yep. They make something for that!"
Once I learned what a Tailor's bunion is....and confirmed this is my issue, I was intent on finding something to help. If you have a Tailor's bunion, you are very familiar with the discomfort. These sleeves seem to be the perfect solution for me. I don't even notice it, except for instant relief.

the product breaks when used
The loop that is suppose to hold the pad in place keeps breaking. So far, 5 of 6 pads have broken in less than 10 days. Once the loop breaks the pad iOS no longer useful. This brand was very good when I first bought about a year ago. But the current product is not durable and is worthless.

Not sure how to hold them in place
I think they would work better it they had a light adhesive, it's hard to keep in place when trying to put a sock on. The second time I put a band-aid over it to keep it secure. Once I got it positioned right, it felt good and made walking a little better.

Cannot adhere to foot.
The soft gel pad was very comfortable but. No way to stableize on foot so could not secure. If that were solved, would be very good.

Difficult to keep positioned
These work fairly well if you can keep them in place but that is a big if. I can use them with low cut (AKA no show) socks but it takes quite a bit longer to put on the socks because I am trying to stretch them out so I can put them on without moving the pad out of position. It is almost impossible to keep them in place when putting on a regular pair of socks. I have tried holding them in place with tape and that worked some times but not nearly enough. They would be much better if they had a way to keep them positioned. In my opinion, you are better off saving your money.

Works great
Great stuff I would suggest you make the piece a little wider so it stays in position better
