VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
We purchased 2 packs of these biodegradable balloons to release at the end of our overdose awareness event that was held yesterday. We inflated these balloons with helium around 2 pm and when we went to pass them out at the end of our program, for clients and family to release, which was around 8:30, the balloons were deflated and could not be released. Needless to say, there was a lot of disappointed people. We don't know why this would happen, but it did, and it is too late to request a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Most were pretty but some had half the words just cut off and some had holes in them so couldn't use them all. Wouldn't buy again.
