Quality made parts, I use them to conect the shower handheld device to the copper earplugs in the wall..most times the tile wall is 1 inch thick so you need this half inch female to male coupling to conect the finish trim

These really helped me out in a jam! I wasn’t paying attention when I was running the plumbing for this particular diverted valve. Went to install the hand held shower wand and found out the 90 elbow was 3/4 of an inch recessed. Almost S$&T a brick thinking about having to remove the tile and wonder board then re-plumb everything, definitely lost sleep that night and then I thought wait a minute, I’m surely not the only Jacka$$ that would have made that mistake. So I started searching and when I came across these babies, I was like There is a God and he truly loves me! I say all that to say. These babies are awesome, worked like a charm!
