Working from home, sitting down all day in front of a webcam has obviously been taxing on the lower back…I’ve searched for different solutions, and one that has made a significant difference is the following contraptionI wore it for about 3 hours the first day in one stretch, 3 hours the second day (2 hours in the morning, 1 hour in the afternoon), 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon the next day, 1 hour the next day, and then I only wear it maybe twice a week for thirty minutes for an hour. It sort of trains the muscle memory so you sit straight in a chair, and it has been helping…It is not the most comfortable thing to wear, but the difference has been remarkable and now I go a full week without even putting it on.I wear it over the shirt, and actually originally thought it would not only help my back pain, but make me ripped like the photo in their promotional image :) FYI – the whole explanation of how I wore it obviously there for those who are intending to try it, because I didn't feel like there were practical instructions.

This product looks very cool, like a martial arts equipment, whether standing or sitting, the straps on the back will always keep you upright. I think the waist straps are too loose at first After I found out that he has a large range

So I work in a factory where I am on my feet constantly for 10 hours a day 5 days a week and let me tell you, It surely does but a lot of strain on my back and legs. I was getting tired of using OTC and prescription meds that I decided to take my co worker's advice and purchase a posture corrector. At first when receiving it, I must admit, I wasn't used to it because I wasn't use to wearing one these but I can attest they are comfortable. I didn't really notice a difference until about 4 days later when I started wearing it for about 4-5 hours a day specifically in the last part of my work shift where I do the most bending and lifting. I noticed such a relief in my back and even noticed an improvement with this on my job performance as well. I am 6 ft tall with the weight of about 270 pounds and the extra large fit me perfectly. So if you're in my size range, I would recommend the extra large. The fabric is comfortable and breathable which helps from me sweating at work avoiding that nasty sweaty smell. One thing I was nervous about was the velcro straps, I was nervous that it wouldn't last long but after using it about a month and even washing it a few times, the velcro stays in tact and still sticks together completely without uses of wear. I'm very pleased with this posture corrector and I rarely take my pain meds as often anymore using this.

I am Happy with this product as it helped me with my incorrect posture.I have used the belt for about a week and I am glad I ordered it. The shoulder straps around the arms helps to keep the your backbone and upper body straight and holds it in position without letting it bend.Very easy to adjust when it is loose or tight and the quality of product is good as the Velcro holds well. Only thing I would say is I wish the belt around the stomach are was little more wider.

I bought this brace for my husband. Initially it was wonderful but after only a half of a dozen or so, uses the velcro NO longer adheres. I bought 2 different types of velcro from Amazon hoping to repair it.. but neither will stick. I'm currently trying to find someone with an industrial sewing machine to permanently affix new velcro to this brace... so far.. not happening. So, this product is not very durable or dependable. Not happy...

The product is nothing close to the design of the support the strap is supposed to be. Don't waste your hard earned money on this product

Belt quality and structure is good.. but stiching quality is very bad around Velcro.. stiches of velcro came out after 2-3 trial while checking the belt ( may this issue is only with the product I received )Also I faced the fitting issue . XL size is not a goot fit for me
