This is an excellent product. Extremely flavorful, delicious and cooked just right! Those who are complaining it’s not fully cooked are used to eating the highly processed crunchy styles such as you might see at a fast food lunch counter. This is a product you would find in a fine dining establishment. Excellent for a wedge salad or charcuterie board. Delicious!

These are very, very good-best bacon pieces I've ever bought. The bag is huge. The pieces themselves are moist and soft, flavorful. I will buy these again.

Pocket bacon, as we call it, is so great to have on hand in the fridge. Crisp it up quickly in a pan in about 1 min and delicious bacon is ready to throw in an omelette of salad, on top of frozen pizza or anywhere else that is in need of some bacon goodness.

The bacon bits are good. Sometimes you get a bag where you say "these needed to be cooked a little longer before they were put in the bag"...but for the most part they are great. It is definitely real bacon and it tastes great in everything...we use it 4 or 5 nights a week.

I buy these often. Solid quality. Easier than cooking bacon for every recipe I use.
