ABCs of Art (Sabrina Hahn's Art & Concepts for Kids)

My kids love this book. The words go with the pictures well and it is very entertaining and nice to have it in board form.

Such a beautiful book! First I love the concept - introduce fine art to your child very early as an ABC book. I'm 'artsy' and so is the mom-to-be this is for. Second, check the dimensions (10"x13") - the photo of the book by itself just doesn't do it justice. (The photo with a child holding it more representative.) This book is very large and has a real weight and substance to it. It will make an impressive gift, not just a little ABC book.

This is a beautiful book written for kids but really an adult can own it as it teaches the unschooled art enthusiast. I’m 66 and never took art history in college. (Business major ).

This book is an excellent way to introduce your child to art appreciation and art history. The book is high quality and a great concept with stunning art. We got the board book so our young daughter won’t destroy or rip paper pages. It is large and the perfect size and durability for a toddler. The pictures are wonderful and make an excellent jumping off point for conversations about everything from colors and numbers to the artist’s life.

I got this book as a gift for my baby niece and she loves it! It’s a great way to teach her the ABCs and about art at the same time. I’ve seen several of the paintings before but didn’t have all of the artists’ names memorized, so it’s a fun art history lesson for me too. It’s great that the pages are cardboard so she can’t rip them.
