I purchased these in early last year. Worked great, but a bit confusing on set up. After a year , my contact points that are located outside have stopped working. I reached out to the seller and he will be sending me more. That is the only issue I have had. Easy to use and track. I would definitely recommend.

I don't usually write reviews ever but this company really impressed me with their customer service. First of all great product, easy to use and install. It comes with a ton of information on how to use the system, and download program on the computer- pictures included for people like me who have no idea how to download anything lol I did run into a few basic questions and they were so quick to respond and send me over additional information to answer my question. I would totally recommend this, and I'm really glad I picked this product as my security checkpoint system!

The different functions are difficult to navigate. I still can’t figure out how to save my points permanently. Everytime I exit out I loose the date and have to re-label the points. The manual does not address this issue. The concept is great but navigating the app is difficult at best.

Working in the security field for over 5 years now. This system is the top of its trade, very easy to name your points. If clients are looking for a description to better help them understand the point an area in the software is made for that. The wands themselves, I will say need a better way to stay secured on both ends. After a couple of drops from guards the wands bolts will get loose and break. Tape does work to still keep it together. But I do stress for people that purchase this companies software, to make your guards wear the wand holster so it prolongs the life of the wands. The system is able to hold many points within a 24 hour period, well over 500 points. Great product again!

Looking for a replacement for an Ares V Watchman system. This was based on same premise so the wall buttons did not have to be replaced and was easy to employee. The only downside so far is that I do not yet trust the programming for the summary reports.
