Poor quality knife
I bought a bear and son pocket knife and it came in poor condition. It looked like whoever packed it dropped it . It has dings at one end , a crack on the wood handle and it was very stiff and hard to open. Wasn't worth almost 40 dollars.

Original order had an empty box. Called customer service and they expedited a replacement. Cannot give enough praise for that type of customer service. Knife is great. Solid and tightly constructed w/o blemishes.
