Awesome, but not for faint heart.
Firstly this system looks really really good, but it has some problems.. firstly the directions are basically caricature and guessing. no direction on depth needed for either of the fixtures or the control, I almost messed up the rainfall part, and I'm pretty good with this stuff. and the last bit is the control in mine needed adjusted a bit to be able to get the finish handle on. After all that I had a beautiful shower. As far as the actual use of it.. The rainfall is very nice. When on the wand the pressure is just awesome like almost hurts. That bring said it sends a bunch of mist into the air so having a good fan is also a very good idea (but it's a bathroom you should have a good fan or window anyway) You can run both the rainfall and the wand at the same time but obviously doing so will lower the pressure going to each. I would buy this system again, just make sure you do your math and can do some problem solving and not get to worried, you can do it.

Wow- Great Product and Amazing Customer Service
I want to start by saying that we purchased this item 18 months ago and I absolutely loved it. My husband remodeled our bathroom and this was the perfect accessory and all of our guests enjoyed it. At the end of 15 months the seam on the edge of the top and bottom piece on the shower head are now coming apart. My husband tried sealing it as he is a professional contractor and the seal still will not hold. I find this very disappointing after the money we spent. HOWEVER I contacted the seller and we were sent a brand new shower head within 2-3 days. I am impressed and thankful to have companies that still stand behind their product and replace any damage that should not occur. Thank you- I completely recommend buying this product and I cannot say enough positive things about their customer service!!

DON'T waste $ on this or any look-alike on Amazon- All the same junk, marketed under different names
Purchased this just as we started remodeling our bathroom, but due to construction supply delays we didn't get around to installing it for a month and a half. Which means by the time I discovered how crappy this was, I missed the return window. 1st Issue- The instructions on this thing are USELESS! Just a bunch of blurry pictures, with no real 'instructions'. Even the plumber was confused as to how far back the pipes should be mounted because of conflicting information in the so-called 'instructions'. So he installed the pipes per the fist measurements listed, as they seemed like the correct ones of the two listed. Our family ended up with Covid the day after the tiles were done, so we couldn't get the plumber back to install it for 2 weeks. Obviously couldn't wait for 2 weeks to shower, and since we are very experienced DIYers, we decided to do it ourselves, which is when we discovered the other issues.... 2nd Issue- The matte black finish on this entire product is so thin and cheap, it literally scratches off with any sort of pressure. We covered everything in both rubber and fabric prior to using any tools on it, and the finish still scratched right off! 3rd Issue- The fittings are so short, they came nowhere near the pipes in the wall, and we used the closer of the 2 measurements listed in instructions, so the other measurements would not have worked either! We were able to chip out the tile around the handheld shower head to get that one go in far enough to work, but the way the rain shower head is designed, that approach wouldn't work. So we bought an extension piece to attach it to until the plumber could come make adjustments. 4th Issue- As my husband was tightening it on, the connection piece on the shower head arm snapped right off! Barely any pressure. Such a piece of junk! So here we are, with the shower completely plumbed out for this unique shower system, and a broken shower head arm. I was past the return window, and now out almost $200 for this piece of scratched up junk. But after roughing in the plumbing specifically for this system, and then having to break away tiles to get the handheld shower to work, I was worried I wouldn't be able to find another system to work without pulling everything out, so I decided my only option was to get the same exact type of shower system. I didn't want to re-order the same junk, so I found something that looked exactly the same, but made by a different manufacturer (and cost $60 less). That one arrived, and though the box was different, once opened, it was obviously the same piece of junk- even had the same exact instruction booklet! I didn't want to take any changes, so this time we decided to wait for the plumber. Well, he just came today to install it, and the shower head arm broke in the same exact spot as the last one! Obviously faulty design! Luckily, I am not past the return window on this one, so it is going back! But I am furious that I am now going to have to pull all this junk out and find something that can hopefully work with the unique rough-ins, and will cover the tiles I had to chip out to make this stupid thing work! Couldn't find any direct contact information for the manufacturer to request a refund, so I guess I'm just out almost $200 and a ton of time. Don't make the same mistake as me! Buy something else.

Just what I was looking for
Wanted one of these heads for our newly renovated bathroom ever since using one at a house we rented on vacation. It's only been in for a few days, but being the first waterfall shower I've owned, I already love it. You can really get wet with this one. The black looks great in the white room and all of it seems a quality item. Finish looks sturdy and tough, we'll see over time. I love the wand. Easy side spray is perfect and the spray is great for washing down the shower. But really bought it to try to wash a medium large dog. We'll see how that works out too. All controls are silky smooth and very positive. Amazon had a much better selection and much better prices than Home Depot, Lowes and other plumbing supply store locally. I found something similar at a high end plumbing store, but it lacked the versatile spray and was 4 times more expensive.

Love the look
UPDATE: after months of using it, I noticed that it started to rust. Rust taking over at the square rain shower head. What product that is specifically made for water usage but starts rusting after few months. Will end up buying a better branded product made in USA. Now that the rust started to drop down and made rust stain on our tiled shower floor. I love this in our bathroom after the remodeling. Plumbers had no problem installing it. We did have a defective unit as you can see in the pic. Where the nut screws into the shower head, there looks to be a tiny hole that was squirting out water. What’s odd is at first the plumber thought it was a leak at where they were joining the rod and shower head. Upon further inspection, they see that the hole was in the nut itself and not at the union. Contacted the seller and they were very responsive and they sent out the replacement within a couple of days. I’ll install the replacement part this week.

Best shower ever
It literally looks and feels and performs amazing! You can use both the shower head and the wand all at the same time and can control the amount of water going to each. I would give it 10 stars if i could. Not paid to write review i just love it that much. Highly recommend

This item is garbage, it cost me thousands of dollars in water damage because the water mixer is damaged and it caused the water to leak all over my house. When I contacted Amazon they blew me away and refunded the price of the shower leaving me with 3000$ worth of damages to take care of. Save your money and go to a real retailer that have respect and regulations.

Overall, this is a great shower system. The rain head is large and provides a full-body soak, the valve is easy to use and clean, and the included handheld sprayer is heavy—feels like solid brass. Setup was simple, and it’s been running strong for about 5 months now. Gripes / Issues: - Incorrect selector decals: Switching from rainfall to handheld is backwards. The decals are rotated about 90°, so if you’re detail-oriented, this will definitely bug you. - Crooked hot/cold labels: The labels on the tap aren’t centered and look a bit DIY. They’re faint too—almost like a finishing step was missed. Installation Notes (Important): - Check your walls: The seals around the outlets are not watertight. They use rubber gaskets that you silicone to the wall along with the trim plates, but they still leave a ~1/16" to 1/8" gap that can let moisture through. - Outlets sag noticeably: Before tightening, the outlets sag quite a bit, which makes you question whether the two internal O-rings are actually sealing properly. They do seal fine once the Allen screws are tightened—I’ve had no leaks—but it doesn’t inspire confidence during install. - Instructions are poor: The included measurements for placing the mixing valve and outlets were incorrect for my wall depth and tile thickness. Definitely double-check your own measurements before cutting anything. Final Thoughts: Overall, I’d still recommend this shower system—it looks great and performs well. Just be aware of the installation challenges and pay extra attention to sealing and alignment to avoid potential leaks.
