Easy to Swallow

In found I had a box of this and decided to give it a try. I usually take Miralax and high doses of magnesium citrate capsules and magnesium oxide capsules before bed and that’s all I needed to stay regular, but some meds can cause constipation, so during those times I’ll take a few tablespoons of Epsom salts mixed in water and it works like a charm, but it causes nausea and bad stomach cramps. I took 3 of these pills with my miralax and magnesium and when I work up, I was no longer constipated. 5 stars!

For the past couple of years I've been dealing with constipation. It is a fairly new issue. Had a colonoscopy 2 years ago that came back clear. Dr. says I don't need another for 10 years. Well I've had intermittent bleeding on and off, with what feels like systemic inflammation. I was going to go back to the Dr. after taking Metamucil, flax seed, flax oil, salads etc. Nothing was working. The bleeding had become pretty heavy at times, I thought maybe a fissure? I decided to give these pills a try, before heading back to the Gastro Dr. Guess what? They worked. Not one drop of blood since I've been taking them. My inflammation is down to almost nothing. I'm not sure how or why they worked however I'm super happy they did. Please don't ever stop making them. Lifesaver!

Two of these tablets (adult dose) really works. The dose produces some cramping, but stay near a bathroom.

I have tried every over the counter, prescription, and natural remedy for BM problems after damage to my intestines and constipation due to opioid use following a sever car accident. This is the best thing I have found for me!! They are also very small, tasteless pills (much unlike the prune juice I tried- yuck!) Natural Senna tablets worked some of the time, but Prunelax works every time!

Take it at night and the next day you’ll be free ;) at the begging it can give a lot of cramps, but then your body will get used to it and it would be very smooth. Very effective.
