Not enough adjustability
Whether it's my height, my desk, or just faulty design, I cannot get this at an appropriate height for me. It is too high, and while it can get higher it cannot get lower (I lowered the mechanism by removing a screw and adjusting the plate affixed to the clamp, it lowered it but not enough).It would need to be fastened below my desk for my wrist to be at appropriate level to the desk. As it is my arm is bent uncomfortably up. Pretty worthless to me. This seems to be the device's fault as its height in relation to the surface of the desk is directly linked to the specific height of the desk, as thats where its clamped. In other words the rest's height in relation to my desk is the same as it would be to any surface this is attached to.Design and quality are good otherwise, but I cannot get my wrist to a level where using a mouse or keyboard is comfortable.
