This molds is used to create a 2.75 wide by 2.25 tall by .25 deep faux carved Thunderbird for jewelry and embellishments. Also included are two feather molds. The Thunderbird is a legendary creature in certain North American indigenous peoples' history and culture. It's considered a "supernatural" bird of power and strength by not only the northwest native Americans but also the plains peoples. The name comes from an ancient belief that the beating of the eagle's enormous wings causes thunder and stirs the wind.
