I am writing this to balance out the one-star someone else gave this product. I think it is probable that that person never bought this kind of part before. The description under "more details" explains fully what this product can do. No flange I have ever bought in 50 years of doing contracting work ever came with bolts or screws. I needed a specific flange and the information offered is even more than I expected or needed. I am now suggesting that the seller state that the flange does not come with screws, bolts, or adhesive to avoid getting a poor review. That one star rating has me thinking about the rating system. From now on I will actually read the poorer reviews because they could be at the same level and by people who are not familiar with what they are buying. More often than not I will not buy things based on the number of stars and because of this one-star rating I will read exactly why people don't like an item and then decide what to buy.
