I like them. I think they help with sleep… but I cannot guarantee it. If so, it doesn’t work 100% of the time but I still buy them for the times it magically seems to help. I sometimes take two. I do think they’re expensive for what they are.

Excellent for quieting the mind before bed
I've long had problems turning my mind off at bedtime. I didn't really expect from this product but to my pleasure and surprise it works great! I give myself three shots under the tongue right before hitting the pillow and I'm quickly able to relax and fall asleep.
