After long discussions with Axis customer service it was found that this camera is running firmware version 6.15.4. The current version of firmware is 9.40.1. This camera is very old. Attempts to upgrade the firmware failed. Axis has issued an RMA for this broken camera but what a hassle. I've spent hours trying to get this camera stable. I'd rather get a refund but it's been too long for an desertcart refund. Get the M2026 II model. It's currently supported. But not from this seller.
