Low low quality
It was broken 😞 it looked pretty! But when we’re plumber installed it was leaking out of ever place possible

Product leaks
We are remodeling and just got around to installing these. All 3 of them leak and now we are outside of the window to return. Very disappointing! We even made an attempt to fix them but it's a design flaw.

Missing Escutcheon Plate
We bought the product for future install. When we got to the install phase months later, we noticed the Escutcheon Plate was missing. Well past the return date. Not sure how to get it as the manufacturer will not provide. Good looking product, but incomplete. 5 star complete, 2 star without Escutcheon Plate.

This pot filler seems like a good value for the money but it leaks and now we are outside of our return window.

Gorgeous but leaks at the arm
I purchased this and returned it probably 5 times because I love the look so much but every damn one leaked at the arm bend…

No instructions and low quality
Unfortunately my pot filler came with no instructions at all. No big deal, I’ve installed a few of these before, but then upon installation the arm bent with slight pressure. Looked nice and a nice price, but the quality was low. Too bad, was excited about it.
